This course provides a comprehensive and hands-on introduction to shoulder arthroscopy, specifically designed to support orthopedic residents in preparing for the board examination. In collaboration with our industry partner Arthrex, participants will train on arthroscopic simulators and bone models using original instruments, gaining practical experience in portal placement, diagnostic procedures, and fundamental arthroscopic techniques for the shoulder joint. Under expert supervision, they will refine their hand–eye coordination, instrument handling, and spatial orientation essential for arthroscopic surgery.

To support the preparation, participants receive access to the Augmedi E-Learning platform upon registration. Featuring photorealistic 3D anatomy models and an AI-powered learning engine, the platform enables them to strengthen their anatomical understanding and monitor their individual progress ahead of the hands-on training sessions.
