This course offers a comprehensive introduction to the ventral approaches to the shoulder, upper arm, and elbow, specifically designed to support residents in their preparation for the orthopedic board examination. Participants will strengthen their understanding of key anatomical structures, safe dissection principles, and the step-by-step execution of common anterior approaches essential for exam success and clinical practice. Through supervised, hands-on training on specimens, residents will gain technical precision required in orthopedic surgery.

To support the preparation, participants receive access to the Augmedi E-Learning platform upon registration. Featuring photorealistic 3D anatomy models and an AI-powered learning engine, the platform enables them to strengthen their anatomical understanding and monitor their individual progress ahead of the hands-on training sessions.
