This Wetlab focuses on distal radius osteosynthesis, covering key steps in fixation and alignment for fractures. Using real specimens, participants will practice incision, exposure, plate placement, and screw fixation to ensure stable healing and optimal wrist function. Under the guidance of expert hand surgeons from Balgrist University Hospital, they will refine their skills in handling delicate structures with precision.

To support their preparation, participants gain access to the Augmedi E-Learning platform upon registration. With photorealistic 3D models and an AI-driven learning engine, they can deepen their anatomical knowledge and track their progress before the hands-on sessions.
