SurgeAHEAD 2025 gave 24 medical students the chance to take their first steps into surgery in the OR-X. Through hands-on training across seven specialties, they built skills, confidence and a clearer vision for their future in medicine.

As a special event, the hands-on workshops of the Complex Spine Symposium were held in the recently completed OR-X research and surgical training infrastructure which is in its testing phase.
